COPPER

Copper is a naturally occurring metal known for its brownish-red color and impressive conductive properties. The majority of bronze and brass alloys are comprised of over 80% copper.
This metal is often used to make wire, rods, electrical connectors, hand tools, motors, generators, radiators, heat exchangers, boilers, cookware, and decorative products.

Properties of Copper

  • Non-magnetic
  • Easily machined
  • Good heat conductor
  • Excellent electricity conductor
  • High ductility
  • High corrosion resistance, especially to rust
